He protects the basketball so exceptionally well. His passes are clean and crisp, and the guys seem to like him. I was not impressed when we picked him up but I sure am glad we have him now. He's just what we need in closing times.
The fact that Pablo doesn't have turnovers doesn't mean he isn't contributing to the team's turnover problems. Pablo doesn't turn the ball over because he doesn't really do much attacking-- which means other players need to do the attacking. With this team, these other players, starting with Harden, tend to turn the ball over pretty often when they attack. The fact that the Rockets get past the Mavs doesn't mean that the Rockets don't have problems. The Mavs simply have more problems. Let's see how this team works when they face a real contender like the Spurs or Clippers.
