So what's the rallying cry of the rioters?

 

Some of them, yes.

 

My only hope at this point is that the degenerate rioters are met with lethal force. This sort of action is a threat to civilized society, and these animals need to be taken out. It is NOT acceptable to advocate for the murder of police. It is NOT acceptable to protest social ills by looting innocent businesses.

These people need to be stopped.

 

I believe it's "Free Addidas! Free 4K TVs!" or something along those lines. You know, justice and all.

 

I know a lot of people on this forum dismiss the anger of the rioters, but, if police brutality continues, the disparity between the rich and the poor keeps increasing, and the two corrupt political parties continue to make reform impossible, it would be idiotic to expect anything other than more riots, looting, and ,hopefully, things getting more organized and radical, and turning into revolution.

 

so you think obama is going to give those people in the videos medals?? if you are being sarcastic it sure does not sound like it. if you want to say something about those people in the videos i would suggest posting something logical and well thought out. instead you making vaguely veiled sarcastic posts about obama/holder giving out awards for people chanting to kill cops.

perhaps talk about how those people have a point. but as someone else posted you have more in common with jesus/ghandi/MLK. to me you are just perpetuating the problem and that makes you sound dumb.

If that happens, I think you will be sorely dissappointed with the results. You'll see an increase in these types of actions, not a decrease. You'll see it spread to other cities much more quickly.

If you really want this type of stuff to change, you should be trying to get the corrupt Democrats and Republicans to actually provide effective leadership, and the thuggish idiotic police and criminal "justice" system to actually protect and serve the people of this country, and not destroy so many lives.

That's just the problem: they DON'T have a point. They are simply racist douchebags - just like the Klan - who want to see the other side eliminated. If you think anything else... then you aren't listening to what they're actually saying.

 

There is an old saying about how the rich can always pay half the poor to kill the other half. Problem is, if you look at economic trends and statistics, it looks like the rich forgot to put that check to their half of the poor in the mail over the last 2 or 3 decades.

There is no point in arguing over predictions though. We'll have to see, won't we?

I highly suspect that you are wrong about that. These people have a very strong tendency to run away when the bullets start flying.

And they are seriously outgunned. Add in the fact that there is very little legitimacy to their arguments (and especially whatever argument lies behind looting and burning - it sure as hell doesn't have a thing to do with justice), and very little support for their position among the general public, and I doubt things would go as you appear to wish they would.

They would lose. And lose badly.

well i think they do have a point. some police officers focus on black people and the court system gives harsher sentences to them. blah blah if you know anything you have heard it all before. if someone like you or bigtexxx cannot show any sympathy. well that is just ignorant.

 

The riots have nothing at all to do with ideology or revolution despite your best efforts to paint it in that light. It's just a bunch of animals looking for an excuse to vandalize and loot. The rioters are not making a stand against "the man" they are just looking to have a bit of fun and personally profit from the destruction.

There were a lot of quotes and videos from Ferguson of rioters and looters who were talking about the political and economic reasons for their actions. I am betting the same will be true for what is happening in Baltimore as well.

 

Sympathy? For the black version of the Klan? or for the people looting malls, randomly trying to beat down white people, and stealing womens' purses? Which of those groups am I supposed to have sympathy for?

Sorry bro, I am a law and order guy. That means when a cop breaks the law I want to see him fry. It also means that when I see looters breaking down the social fabric I want to see them shot. Both are extremely dangerous to society's well-being, and both need to be taken out.

 

Oh I'm sure there will be those who will try to excuse their actions that way, but that's not really the reason for them. I'm sure there will be a naive few that buy into it, but that's not really a significant enough population to matter.

 

that is what i said from the start. they have a point that black people are targeted so their message is twisted. if they were peaceful with a message they would become more powerful then they could ever become in the hateful state they are walking around in.
