How do you even come to the next game without feeling physically sick knowing that you had a 20 point lead in the 4th and choked it all away?

If I was a Pelicans' player, I would consider having a "back" injury and sit out the last game. I would be so sick that I couldn't even think about playing basketball again for a couple of weeks, if not months.

They blew their golden chance to make this a series. Even though the first two games were losses, they were close losses and losses that the Pelicans made a strong comeback to get back it. This loss is totally inexcusable. 20 point 4th quarter lead and they wasted it away.

If they won this one handedly, series is 2-1 with the Pelicans with significant momentum. Who knows maybe they win the next one and even it up 2-2. Then its a completely new series and while the Warriors are great, they lack true playoff experience. It's not out of this realm for them to lose one more game and suddenly in Game 7 and anything could happen.

Now that is totally out the window because the Pelicans could not get a damned rebound and the Davis shrunk in the closing minutes. First off, he settled for jumpers rather than attack the basket and proceeded to miss every one of them then he missed a huge free throw that could have put them up 4 with 11 seconds remaining and finally, he could not get a single rebound!

I think Memphis will beat the Warriors. If Conley can be half way healthy, that's my impression of this series.

im not even a Pels fan and that **** exhausted me

Eric Gordon taking that 3 after he's 1/5, wasting 10 seconds before they foul.. we think the Rockets are stupid at times..

That's irrelevant. He gave up a basket that pretty much sealed the game.

If you can't hold a 20 pt. lead in the fourth quarter, you deserve to lose. Lack of rebounding sealed their fate.

How did New Orleans lose that game? They played scared and that team is nothing to be scared of. I hope we face Golden State and show them how the game is played.

Not sure why anyone would think that seeing as how the Grizzlies have matched up well against them all year.

Warriors going to have a tough time against a team with dominant bigs. Rockets and Memphis in particular matchup well.

That's GS's problem, they are not a physical team at all. I can see ZBo giving them huge problems.

Unless Dray and Bogut keep getting away with their BS

If we had Dmo, we are really going to miss him. Unless Josh Smith just continues to play back into his prime.

But I can see the Warriors losing to Mem/SAS/Clippers. they are far from this unbeatable team that some people make them out to be.

You can have 4 or 5 close games and still lose it 1-4 or 0-4.

At the end of the game, Curry or Thompson can deliver game winners better than Memphis who has only Gasol

Theoretically, yes. Teams like Memphis and Houston, to an extent, should have an advantage in the big men position.

But I don't trust Green and Bogut at all. They are some dirty asswipes, who will do anything to bait you into fouling them and what not. Can totally see Howard getting in foul trouble early and often because Green or Bogut baited him by pushing him first then flopping when he pushes back.

I really hope and think Memphis can beat them though. I think they have the pieces who could match up well against the Warriors. Would not be surprised if Memphis beats the Warriors.

If we can get past Clippers/Spurs and face the Grizz, I like our chances. I think we can match up well against the Grizz and can push them. We would have homecourt too. Getting way too ahead of myself but food for thought.

Gasol beat us on a buzzer beater...Memphis has won plenty of close games. The only reason GSW won this game is they got rebound after rebound...yeah that's not happening against Memphis.

Monty just said they were suppose to foul, interesting that the players didn't follow his instruction. Monty is a bad coach but that team also has extremely low bball IQ, especially their wing players.
