Arrow has really had a tough season I don't know if the crossovers hurt or help It almost feels like they lull until the next crossover. Flash had been good. Looking forward to the end of this season and the next one Funny thing is they are better than their comic books Rocket River
I stopped watching Arrow since the winter break and I'm kinda pissed they spoiled alot on tonight's Flash.
Welp.. Spoiler Barry and the crew discovered the body of Harrison Wells and the secret lair for the Reverse Flash
I think Wells would be onto them now. Every time he entered his secret chamber, he'd walk through the scanner and be greeted by the AI. It didn't turn on when Barry and the crew walked in, so I'm thinking it documented their entry. Also, it was pretty silly that the hand scanner would not be fingerprinted for Wells only.
I thought about that as well. It will be interesting to see how it goes going forward. I was under the impression that 'Meta Humans' are not well known More like Urban Legends [beyond THE STREAK aka THE FLASH] If they are well known . . .. someone has to question where they are They just got tired of crime and left. I mean they showed the chief a video of the meta. . . . . and they going to let folx out of jail based on that but . . . . no more proof than a video? No worrying that he still out there? BUT! I turn my brain off and enjoy Cause the showdown is coming I wonder how will they handle it. Rocket River
Well, applying a dollop of comic book logic, I'd guess that the door's "hand scanner" could possibly be set to a speedster's unique physiology. I mean, what are the odds that Barry would every place his hand in just the right locale? This setup would exclude 99.9% of the world's population. I do find it quite fascinating that Barry to certain degree has now been made privy to the Crisis on Infinite Earths...
A fingerprint scanner would rule out everybody else in the world and is readily available technology.
Sure, but then he'd have to change that every time he took on a new look then wouldn't he? If you remember, he's not actually Harrison Wells, he's Eobard Thawne. Also, a fingerprint scanner can be fooled, pretty hard to fake being a speedster.
There's been like 2 or 3 season-finale caliber episodes, this season. Pretty crazy. It took Smallville basically 9 or 10 seasons to really live up to Superman's name. Glad Flash knows what NOT to do (read: villain of the week) as far as episodic television.
Some really Good Episodes I am wondering where they go from here. I also wonder what they can really do . . .. conjecture Spoiler I mean . . .. Wells/Thawne can literally kick them out of the facility because he owns/runs it and no one knows him for who he really is. They don't have a isht load of evidence of anything I think Eddie will get THE SPEEDFORCE at some point I am trying to think how he could be 'insurance' I think Wells/Thawne will explain to him that maybe Barry and Iris been playing his for a fool blah blah blah warp his mind twist his opinion etc etc. Rocket River
I don't think you can introduce lesser villains without it seeming filler-y. Like at the start of the Flash earlier on, they had Multiple Man who hasn't been relevant since that episode, but it DID give viewers a chance to see what the Flash could do. Basically, everyone knows Superman's powers (X-ray vision, heat vision, super breath, super strength, etc) so Smallville JUST showcasing his powers for like 7 straight seasons was stale. I don't think that many people know what the Flash can do, besides run really fast. It's good to show off Flash's powers, even though they stem from being able to do things really fast.
Good episode there with some intensity. Nice use of the previous villian. She'll want her name hyphenated ( to Thon) , lol.
