 I like that... "world"... still wondering why United Statesians call their championships that way, when they're not playing other countries at all. LOLs. Good one.

So ATW, how do you feel about the current situation with the medical team? Am guessing the players are probably not too happy about it, considering the great work he's done for the place.

PSV won the title in Holland - Wijnaldum and Depay will head to the exit. Memphis should be picked up by Manchester United, think he would do well there. He's a fantastic talent. Wijnaldum could end up being quite a good cheaper pickup as well.

Man City supposedly has had talks with De Bruyne.

Thoughts on De Bruyne from Bundesliga watchers? I know he didn't get much playing time at Chelsea, but team USA fans might still remember him.

Great allround guy and mostly plays as a 10,can also play a bit as a winger. Extremely good at setting up teammates (leades our league) and great technique. Also knows how to score the ball.

Mourinho made a big mistake selling him.

Think he'll stay for at least one more year, so dort get your hopes up for this summer.

Thats a damn impressive number of assists.

Yeah some guys on the City facebook group were acting like it was a done deal, but I was reading that Wolfburg is pretty confident he will stay another year with Champions League experience coming up.

Sami Khedira was always off to a new team(EPL?) in the summer but the move today by Ancelotti to keep Khedira on the bench (instead of play him along w/Kroos) and to start Ramos instead has to be a slap in the face for him.
I doubt Illaramendi will feel as insulted as Khedira but that's a bold move for Ancelotti to make.

I can imagine Arsene Wenger and Per Mertesacker have already sent Khedira some texts to tell him how that would never happen at Arsenal.

He was close to signing with Schalke apparently, but they fell out of the CL ranks and he backed off. Wolfsburg and Dortmund are looking at him.

Oh ok, so looks like he is seriously considering returning to the Bundesliga.
That sux in a way, would be fun to see him playing in the Premiership.

No. He does not.... NBA titles world championship is an unofficial title not officially recognized everywhere.

Messi won the Champions League (which is also the best competition in the world, or should be)

Dirk never got very far with the National Basketball team.
