That's a pretty solid frontcourt rotation. Plus the Spurs also have a damn good backcourt in Parker and Manu who can both create their own shots. And they've got a terrific 2-way player in Kawhi.

If Papa can give the Rocket 7-10 decent minutes a game, that helps. One assumes Dwight, T-Jones, and Smith will play heavier minutes in the postseason. And they can always go small with Ariza at the 4 as they've done during the regular season. Plus if they get really desperate, Dorsey and Capela are available. The problem there is neither can make a damn free throw.

Is this your opinion, or are you saying that you have inside information that he will actually win?

The media hasnt even voted yet :)

Some people I know that are in media think Currys numbers are not what you should go off because he sits lots of the 4th because of blowouts.

This is true. But if he played the minutes that harden has had to play and he took the pounding harden has had to take bc no one respects the rockets shooters (bc they're all average or worse at shooting) then maybe he would be on the injured list already, hah. I think people project curry's number without realizing that being able to play all that time and take the beating and still maintain the numbers is just as impressive. I guess I just hear too many flow talking about one but not the other.

cyberx, with the DMo injury, is there any plans by the Rox to address the roster? line up changes? signing a playoff eligible player? etc?

But isn't the whole point of most valuable player, not to have the best stats per 48 but bring the most value and effort the your team?

Curry sitting in 4ths should be an argument against him if anything. Much rather award a player who fights hard every 4th quarter because the team needs him to.

    Um.....how?

To whom would we trade Dwight and Trevor in order to have the cap space?

    ClutchFans faints!

    #CyberxBOMB

Someone post the MATH of how that would work. And does that mean that Ariza would have to be shipped out to make the cap room?

Hey Cyberx, thanks for the info as always. Any kind of source on this or just personal opinion/speculation? It would be nice to have another GREAT rebounder on the team. Would we have to pretty much waive/trade everyone to make that happen? Paging Bima!!
