    I agree, but also shouldn't Terry/Pablo just go under the screen 100 percent of the time? no matter who they're guarding? don't switch just go under and let Rondo/Monta/whoever take jumpers. Maybe I'm being too simplistic

    That's what I was thinking. Don't get me wrong, I like the lineup, but most likely Terry will be on Rondo so yes, go under each screen and watch Dirk slipping out for a medium range jumper.

    We've got to remember that we do have Jason Terry who was under Carlisle for years.. knows his system in and out.. Will be beneficial to us

    Dallas is strictly a perimeter team, and for good reasons if you have Tyson Chandler as your starting center, less so when Amare and Aminu come in. When you add D12 as a paint protector, the above will be even more obvious.

    From that standpoint, McHale must be quick on the substitutions and bring Brewer in if they start really hot on us. A perimeter lineup of Ariza, Brewer, and Harden is tall and quick enough to bother their shooters. In fact, the Greyhound might have to play 30+ minutes for us.

    On offense, play fast and run at every opportunity like in the Jazz game. Let's see if Dirk's old legs can keep up.

    Finally, be careful with the turnovers, but have some fun out there.

    your last reflection is the most important - turnovers. need to eliminate the 2-3 sloppy passes every game that happens on the perimeter.

    Wouldn't it be great to see Terrence Jones rise up in these playoffs and play like we know he can? He could make such a difference in the playoffs. Tremendous upside.

    I think we take Dallas in 5 or 6. It won't be easy, but I hope I'm proven wrong. If Terry and Prig can do a decent job on defense, and our bigs can make 50%+ from the line, we might just take 'em in 5.
    It's important to slow down Ellis.

    Not meaning specific scores within games, but after the games.... series should never be tied or us trailing.

    Unlikely. Dirk, monta ellis, rondo all hated more than insignificant portions. when has he even played last? Not a factor.
