Agreed. McHale has much more in common with Kubiak. They both have their systems, their offenses, which are pretty static. They dare the opposition to react to them, while they do their own thing oblivious to what they might be going up against. O'Brien, like Popovich, gives you many different looks. He adapts and selects a gameplan out of things his team can do well in order to exploit what the opposition does poorly. He doesn't wait for you to attack his system: he tailors his system to what you cannot fight against.
I figured but didn't really understand why, playing in Utah, the Jazz organization would have a skit where the Jazz mascot messes with a Houston fan and then the Houston fan retaliates in a more messed up way than how the Jazz mascot "got" the Houston fan... When Clutch does those types of skits the opponent fan just takes it... I would be shocked if the skit had the opponent fan pouring a beer on clutch.. but whatever.
doesn't matter. dude had the MVP on the squad. One of the best WR in the game. One of the best RBs in the game and darn good defense. Texans should've been the warriors this season
Not a trap whatsoever. The entire team understands what's at stake. There won't be one player on the team taking this game lightly.
Is there any way to see who is out for the Jazz today? Candidates are: Burke, Hayward, and Favors. Fairly certain Hayward is out, but I don't know about the other two.
Not a trap game. Trap games happen when you are looking ahead or when the team you're playing isn't very good. They got blown out by Utah not even a month ago.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Jazz injury update 4/15 at HOU, per <a href="https://twitter.com/jonrinehart">@jonrinehart</a>: Burke (low back soreness) PROBABLE; Hayward (right achilles inflammation) DOUBTFUL</p>— Austin Horton (@austinhorton) <a href="https://twitter.com/austinhorton/status/588103762369257472">April 14, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> As of now, it seems like Hayward will likely be out and Burke and Favors will play. There may be another injury update as we approach the game time.
Just take care of business, guys, and we'll see how the rest of the games play out. Don't sleep on the Jazz.
Why? (1) Jazz has nothing to play for (and it actually helps their draft pick to lose this game), (2) Dwight playing, (3) playing at our home court, (4) the Beard.
Yall are right. "Trap" was the wrong word. Jazz have just been feisty down the stretch and Gobert is a problem. I'm just a tad nervous with so much on the line.
Because the Jazz will likely try to use this game as a measuring stick of how far along they've come as a young team. They know the Rockets need this game. If they were to beat us in a game we desperately need it would serve as a big confidence boost for them going into the off-season. Basically we better be ready for their best!
lol Yea, thats why no teams without an QB made it to the NFL divisional round last year... Wilson Romo Newton Rodgers Brady Flacco Manning Luck the importance of the QB position can't be understated. We have the dregs of the NFL basically.
how am I a troll for saying Billy O hasn't proven himself as a Texans coach but yet coach Mac has. gtfoh
you can't stress the importance of a QB when you have Mallet and Hoyer on your depth chart but expect to do something next season.
