ESPN has crossed a new line, for me at least.

Since WHEN does ESPN report on players in *practice* -- but tonight, with the MVP vote in the balance, Curry's performance at *practice* is their top NBA story.

Give me a ****ing break, people. Yahoo sports, here I come, permanently.

Good luck, Under Armor + ESPN, with your hard-fought campaign to get your guy his little trophy. Here's hoping he rolls snake-eyes in the playoffs.

Sure, but there's more of a theme of people going on about things they don't understand, like mathematical formulas for example

Darren Rovell, "Sports Business" reporter for the Worldwide leader is one of the biggest hacks in the history of hackery. He's Popovich fouling Shaq after the opening tip. This actually qualifies as a big scoop for him .

Deadspin has a whole stream of articles devoted to laughing at his outright buffoonery:

This is the real reason why Kerr didn't have to campaign for Curry.

The heat for example got outrebounded a lot during their 2013 title run but Lebron and Wade were so good impacting other areas of the game that it didn't matter

There's no such thing as a perfect team that has stars and role players that are absolutely elite at everything (TOs, rebs, 3 point shooting, paint scoring, etc etc), you're gonna have holes in your team and just hope your team makes few mistakes than the other team does and your superstars score/make scoring plays for others more often that they allow

You'd think ESPN signed on as his agent.

Either way, ESPN has created it's own news story here for filling future airtime by taking a hardline in the debate:

Curry wins and they're covering him with highlights and recaps over and over and talking about the greatest season ever blah blah blah

Harden wins and they've set the stage for them to discuss ad nauseam the biggest MVP 'upset' of all time

The Warriors would have a hard time to win 60 games with Harden, he would average barely over 20 points per game. He just doesn't fit with their system, lots of ball movement, and more importantly movement without ball. They average more than 25 assists per game. Rarely you see anyone initiates the play, and finishes it at the same time with the Warriors, that's what's amazing with Curry's assists #.

The same with the Rockets, they wouldn't win 50 games with Curry, doesn't fit.
