This is low key a worry of mine and a factor in why I don't want Portland. If the Rockets lost to Portland again...like...I can't even fathom the meltdown. It would be utterly dejecting.
Derrick Rose had a game against GSW this year where he had like 11 turnovers to 1 assists. Ironically, he ended up hitting the gane winner.
I think that's one of GS's only 2 home losses. It was a crazy comeback iirc and Steph turned it over late.
i think we wouldn't try as hard because as long as the clippers lose, we are still guaranteed the 5th. winning then propels us to either 2nd or 3rd seed depending on the outcome of the spurs game. i could be wrong though.
This a big worry of mine. I'm a proud Rockets fan but it would be so tough to lose to them again and keep my head up for the next season. Plus their is the always on the edge of your seat, losing years off your life factor when playing the Blazers. They have the most 4th comebacks in the league and are ridiculously clutch in close games. I don't think my heart could take it.
