I usualy never notice it, but it popped out to me last night and I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining, but it made me doubt a lot of the official stats on this league.
On the third quarter a banner on the game showd Harden had 6 assist. On the next few possesions straight after Harden delivered a couple of obvious assist and another couple on the fourth.
The final stat registry was 6 assist and 6 boards. I never counted the rebounds but it felt he had more than 6 on this game.
Can it be that stats counting might be different in home & away games?
    Just wondering...

There are in-arena stat keepers but the NBA double checks every game overnight.

Westbrook had a triple double rescinded this way

By double check them, what they mean is fix them if there's complaints, lol

Someone a while back tallied a stats per arena modifier though, some oare far more liberal than others in their interpretations

Anthony Davis' home vs road blocks statistic is a fun case study.
