When did I ever mention Curry?? I said if we had a point guard that does what Klay Thompson does for the Warriors (i.e. a lights out shooter and good defender) with Harden on the Rockets then I think we would be so dangerous.
Honestly, JR could be better because he can do more. Klay is somewhat one dimensional. He is going to score a lot of points and rarely contribute elsewhere in terms of rebounds and assist. People forget that JR is a very capable player; he is not just a shooter. If he really focused on it, he could be a 20, 5, 5 type player in the league, easily. At one point, he was a top 5-7 SG even though he came off the bench. He is really good and can be a very solid player. But he is too much of a knucklehead.
The Griz is a horrible team on offense without Conley. They are 2 on 2 on fast break and twice Lee pulled up for a long 2, and missed both.
Klay wont be as hot when the Memphis team gains back Allen and Conley. Enjoy it tonight GSW...Memphis can kick anyone at any time...they are truly a very underrated team; essentially what the Rockets were supposed to be. Also for any Grizz fans, they done this to so many teams this season...just take your lumps and get to the back of the line...to the 6th spot...
