Ah, being treated with a game tonight. Thought it was tomorrow for some reason. Let's just get these last two games out of the way and get ready for the playoffs. I highly doubt the Spurs lose again the rest of the zeason, so the Rockets should get comfortable in that 6th spot. I'm going to LA this weekend anyway and if the Rockets play in LA against the Clippers, I'm buying a ticket to see that hack fest.

You never know, the Hornets might play with their full strength squad. Even if they don't, it might be a tough game.

We are not at full strength by any means.

    Go Houston Rockets!

Memphis is playing in Golden State tonight and Golden State is tough at home. Memphis loses and we win that puts us in 5 spot. That means we play Portland with homecourt which is actually the easiest situation for Houston. Memphis last game is against a Pacers team that just beat okc and fighting hard to get a spot in the east. So getting comfortable in the 6th seed is not all that necessary.

I suppose they could run some of them out there tonight, but it sounds like they've decided to just shut those guys down for the year. Al I think has a sore knee. MGK has a bum ankle. And they were resting these guys BEFORE they were eliminated from the playoff race. Why bother throwing them out there now with only 2 games left and nothing to play for?

Lance Stephenson (toe) likely done for season Apr 12
P.J. Hairston injures knee, will not play Mon Apr 12
Cody Zeller (shoulder) out Sunday vs. DET Apr 12
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (ankle) out Sunday Apr 12
Al Jefferson (knee) will not play on Sunday Apr 12

Looks like we should be able to win in non strenuous fashion.... should.

The Hornets' leading scorer the other night in Atlanta was Troy Daniels off the bench with 15 points. If the Rockets can't beat this team, then they have no business getting home court.

No reason to play Harden tonight. If we can't beat this essentially D league team with the rest of our guys we don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

Thank God. Now all we need is for OKC to win and the Pelicans will be forced to leave it all out there against the Spurs.

Well, unless New Orleans also wins tonight and then sees the Thunder up by 25 at halftime against the T'Wolves on Wednesday night.

I hope Capela, Johnson, and KJ will get playing time tonight. Maybe Capela will finally make his first free throw.
