Intentional foul... out of bounds?

    Probably a stupid question.. Can a player be intentionally fouled if he is standing out of bounds? Can a Player brings the ball in but stays out of bounds to not get fouled during Hack-A-Whoever?

    if a player is standing out of bounds on purpose, it's a violation

    They have to be out of bounds for 5 seconds. You're allowed to run out of bounds to get around a player but standing in it for too long will result in a technical
