Man gtfoh if you really believe all you wrote. There's too much "wrongness" in what you wrote that I don't even want to take the time to break it down for you. Ridiculousness.
I still don't know why empty awards mean anything to rocket fan. Winning the mvp is highly important to ya'll, but getting knocked out of the 2nd seed in the west appears to un-phase ya'll. god, it is such an empty award, compared to the bigger picture of watching harden carry the team to post season wins.
Well the Clippers and Warriors hate each other w/ a passion so I'd expect Curry to be the last guy he picks.
I still don't know why a Grizzlies fan is so active on a Rockets message board. 1. I'm quite sure most Rockets fans would like to see both happen and both would make most Rockets fans quite happy. I don't know where you got the picture that it is mutually exclusive.
Mark Jackson has also said he thinks Harden will win the MVP. Harden and Curry both had fantastic seasons, there are very good arguments for both sides.
Assuming Rockets go 2-1 in final 3 games, they would have 55 wins on the year. James Harden got a team with PatBev, Ariza, DMo, and Dorsey to 55 wins. If Harden had what Curry has (Klay, Draymond, Barnes, Bogut, Steve Kerr, and almost 100% health from every player all season) do you really think he couldn't win 10 more games??
If we're just acting like team records and team success don't matter, then I'll take Anthony Davis over both of them for this year's MVP.
Nice but I think we're also considering things like player health and durability over the course of the season so not sure where that leaves your pick for this years MVP.
"The swing in the Warriors' point differential when Bogut is on the floor vs. on the bench (22.1) is significantly greater than that of Curry's (18)." http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...rew-bogut-golden-state-warriors-nba/25523441/ I don't think this gets said enough.
Funny Amick wrote that. Today he wrote an article basically letting everyone know he is giving his MVP vote to Curry. To be expected, he's based in Northern California and covers the Warriors way more than the Rockets but his points were blah and he discounted the value Klay and Bogut bring. Regardless, nice article by him on Bogut and Boguts value to that team.
Wake up call to my fellow Rockets fans. Harden's chances of winning MVP went bye bye when he was basically a no-show against the Spurs in these two recent games. So get the hell over it!!!!
