This game is SO important, not only for our seeding but for our pick to go lottery. In the Pelicans last 3 games they face Rockets, Timberwolves and Spurs.

The difference between going 2-3 or 1-2 for the last 3 games will be critical as they are currently tied with OKC, which last 3 games on the schedule are of Pacers(wPG) Blazers, Timberwolves.

It's important? That means we come out ultra flat.

That picture is photoshopped. He wasn't a top level player when he was 6'3.

Seeing what the Spurs did on Friday to the Rockets, most going to the games should witness a FT shooting contest break out in the 4th quarter of every game. Hey at least the team will be ready for the playoffs and get some live game FT practices.

This is a win-win. We either win and become another step closer to home court advantage, or we lose and potentially witness one of the great GARM meltdowns in recent memory.

Obviously I prefer the former, but I'm grabbing my popcorn either way.

They're definitely going to us the hacking strategy - desperate times call for desperate measures I guess.

I still think we'll win as long as we start really well.

This isn't a "late season collapse". Other teams have just caught up because either they are playing like the best team in the NBA right now (Spurs) or their schedule got a lot easier (Clippers).

The Rockets have remained pretty steady.

The overreaction is pretty strong right now, which is understandable because we dropped so far in the standings, but we're still in a good spot. I like our chances against most if Dwight/Harden both are playing big minutes. We've dominated teams with both of them on the floor.

Yeah, but this still isn't over.

The Rockets could still end up 2nd, 3rd, or 5th.

2nd is probably unlikely, but 3rd could happen and 5th is very possible.

Honestly if we play like we did in the opening minutes of the San Antonio game New Orleans will not be able to catch up...Those opening minutes were elite, it just so happend that our intensity dipped and we were playing against the Champs
