If we lose in the first round again and bring back McHale I will lose a lot of faith in the organization. If you can't get out of the first round in three years you aren't doing your job well enough.

I changed to minus because I said "they" so it would be -4; +4 to us. Howard would have been the ideal sub, but I completely agree to keeping his minutes regimented to keep from further injury. You do not risk an injury for seeding.

But, but, the players like him, fans are still going to come to the games, and players want to play here.

I rarely ever comment about coach Mchale but my god, he takes forever to make adjustments.

McHale was playing Connect Four and Pop was playing chess.

During the hacks when Smith was in wasn't Duncan rolling to the basket for layups?

He did that all game. There's no disputing that during Hack-A-Smith we did play good overall D.

It's a gamble no matter what. I'm more upset at a few of the sloppy turnovers that followed the sub.

Terrence Jones should've been in instead of Josh and McHale was pathetic today. No adjustments, Dwight Howard not used properly, not standing up for the team tec.

Your looks on their own don't matter much, but the importance you put in them and your insecurity or confidence does. Someone who has model-tier looks but has a huge insecurity about his nose for example, will get less results than a more average looking guy that takes care of himself and has a lot of confidence.

Even if you're not the best looking person out there, you have to fix a mindset in your head that says "I'm within everyone's league". Throw that league-bull**** away. How many of you have seen a hot girl with a much less goodlooking guy? Exactly, everyone has. She's not out of his league. For all we know, he could be out of hers, if he's intelligent, confident and witty, and she's a mindless person that can't tie her own shoes.

Yes TJ got in the game and Houston was quicly outscore 6-0 in a the final quater. +4 in the hack-a-smith, btw you can't sub for the guy shooting FTs.

Dwight Howard not used properly? Like what? play more, haven't you heard of minutes restriction?

Not standing up for the team? What does this means?

Did you even watch the whole game? Or do you only watch the fourth quarter? Makes sense you only need to watch the last 5 minutes of every game

The 12 point lead at the beginning of the game. The 8 point lead yesterday. All year they fail to hold leads? Lack of focus and lack of discipline. Costly turnovers lazy passing by harden yes harden and everyone else. Failure to maintain energy as McHale says or intensity rather throughout the whole game.

so loco, you say the problem is TOs. You seem to imply it's the players' fault, not the coaches'.

well, it's been our problem the whole year. what did McHale do about it?

everyone is accountable. players get traded if they play bad. McHale got a 3yr extension without proving himself yet. All we have are these end of the season letdowns because he can't coach playoff-level basketball.

We're playing our usual style when everyone else has upped their offense and defense.

People should just camp outside Toyota center and watch the playoffs there instead of inside, make a statement that you cannot accept management pissing away our golden years.

The extension can be blamed on les. He didn't want McHale being a lame duck coach because "it was the right thing to do"

Surprising that someone like McHale always talks about counters to the ways opponents guard him, but he has nothing up his sleeve for this time of the season. We can play only one way and when opponents take that away, he just sits there motionless.

That's the reason we can win in regular season but not when we need to win as the regular season ends and esp. in the playoffs. I don't think this guy will ever get it.

not surprising, the team's usual apologists in the Chron are quiet

even Feigen etc know in previous seasons, fans were dissatisfied with McHale

At the end of every year with McHale at the helm we always finish the season poorly. That is indisputable.
