Yeah, almost. Going from 13.1ppg on 39.7% shooting to 20.3ppg on 46.2% shooting wasn't enough to be considered as "improved".
With 2 off/practice days now I'm hoping DMO gets cleared for Sunday. Not that there's been any evidence pointing to that but I'm hoping.

I guess he's gonna sit out the full 2 weeks. Makes sense. Aside from Bev, no Rockets ever seems to come back at the earliest projected date. And even he couldn't pull off the Wolverine routine this time around. Sucks that we're not gonna have him at San Antonio. I hope he can go against the Spurs back in H-Town a week from today.
This seems more like a precautionary rest in order to have him ready to go for the playoffs. DMo's been playing all season long. One of the most durable guys on the team, and the most durable big man.
He's looked exhausted lately after playing at center for half the season. 2 weeks off will let him recharge.
when did his injury happen again, i don't remember seeing any nasty falls during games that would result in this serious back injury
He's a 7-footer. These types of injuries don't require him falling or getting bumped for that to happen.
I bet he feels pain every single day, because I do, and I'm 6'6'' who does less bb activity (I have like two games/practise per week). From my experience, rest DOES help and that's probably nothing seriuos with DMo and team just resting him.
just came across this today..might have been posted, but one of the best mixes i've seen in a long time.. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/pUUJC5EcsQE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Not gonna lie. I'm pretty hyped for the 18th when Dmo and Dwight are ready to go. Hopefully we get KPap back, but we are going to miss Bev dearly...
Pretty much. The Rockets aren't contenders without DMo because it's a hole they just don't have the players on the roster to fill.
