It's sad that Baynes puts all our big men to shame with his FT shooting.

 

Manu Ginobli playing a meager 8 minutes in the first half. Is he even as effective as Diaw anymore?

 

Justin Bieber on gainz/steroids?

 

TJ just doesn't look right. Still injured.

Harden has to absolutely take over this game. So far, he looks tentative. The defense on him is not exactly smothering; he has to assert himself more.

 

I don't Harden needs to start taking more shots or this game is done with. Need to go done swinging. Howard will need to play most of the second half in order to get this W. Please no Dorsey in the second half. As soon as Dorsey goes in the Spurs get going.

 

I have no confidence in the rockets right now

 

I'll admit. I'm scared sh-tless. The Rockets outshot the Spurs, attempted and made way more free throws, and outrebounded them. Parker, Leonard, and Green shot a combined 2-15. Yet we're only up 2?!

The Rockets have gotta take care of the ball. 11 first half turnovers is inexcusable. And stop limiting Dwight's minutes! He has to play 30 tonight minimum or we're gonna get smoked in the 2nd half. What good is resting his knee if we wind up in the 6th seed facing the Spurs or Clippers without homecourt?

 

He absolutely has too.. Feeling he's just going to have one of his ultra passive games again though.

 

dwight needs to catch those passes...tj doing a good job of getting the ball to him..

 

Then he shouldn't be playing.

 

Well that's dumb considering our MVP has hardly shot. I feel pretty good

 

I feel like we played our hearts out and Spurs just chilled and we are only up 2

 

If he wasn't being yanked from the game every 4-6 minutes, he could get into some sort of rhythm.

 

Whelp. It's a new game in the second half. No advantage despite the good start. Hope they bring the pain in the second half!!'n

 

Feeling a little better just because we held them off from getting the lead.

Or he actually won't. Refs better give us every ****ing game until the season is over along with the first round and second round.

Refs have bull****ted us this entire season. And the basketball gods have ****ed us in general. We deserve babying by the refs for all their ****ed up calling on us.

 

Are there any stats on how much our points by quarter deviate compared to the rest of the league?

I swear we have at least one quarter each game where we score less than 20 points.

 

Jones is a liability out there defensively. Too slow on rotations and getting picked on by Pop.

 

The first 5 minutes of the 3rd quarter will tell us a lot about how the 2nd half will go. Are they gonna come out fired up and push it to a 10 point lead or are they going to call a time out down 8?
