kawhi, old tony + a new FA star will keep the spurs contending for a while

even if manu and duncan were to suddenly retire

    Kawhi
Parker, probably 4 years left of good starting PG play
Splitter is only 30, if Duncan can play til hes 39, this guy has at least 5 years left of solid play
Boris Diaw just signed an extension and he's still really good
Danny Green, hopefully they keep him. Dynamic duo with Kawhi for a long time.
Plus cap space free agent this offseason before extensions.

That's a really good core. They will be a 50 win team even after Tim and Manu retire.

Duncan can still compete at an elite level. Parker wasn't quite right, with various injuries. Ginobili shoudl just retire - I think he's more a facilitator now, than someone you can depend on for a shot.

    Parker
    Duncan
    Leonard
    LMA / some other FA
    Spurs system + Popovich

^ can still keep pace with the West, imo. Something needs to be done about Ginobili, though. He should retire.
