Clyde Drexler is a better coach than Mchale. Mchale is just liked personally by so many basketball heads and crap... that's cool but when it comes to my rockets I'm serious about winning not Mchale being a freakin cheerleader... we need a coach.

TJ is not very good tonight,

but still, I hope Mchale will stick with him more than 1 extra second of Dorsey.

Putting TJ on Diaw still is much better than Harden on Diaw, that's a mistake.

I have been complaining all night about this.
No box outs, people dribbling off of their feet. Everyone standing still. Zombie basketball.

This is exactly how they looked in the loss to the Jazz a few weeks ago. Why does this happen every so often? 100% lack of effort. If you're going to get blown out, have some dignity. No one looked like they had any fight in them except Dwight. (And maybe Prigs).

Silver lining - Dwight's game tonight.

What was wrong with Jones? He looked like he had the flu four times over.

we probably need to play 13 deep in playoffs.
KJ and Nick JOhnson are a must their defensive intensity and athleticism is big

if we can put in a line up of
    Capela
    Smith
    KJ
    Brewer
    Johnson

This would have put the spurs in distress if we put them in begining of 4th quarter and built ourselves to a closer game. I think we should have done this i think this is our best defensive lineup and plus we can get easy baskets with this lineup because it is so athletic.

If you don't practice, they don't even know how to do it at game speed. Against weak teams in the regular season, Morey ball with Harden will win lot of games. The sad thing, Barkley is partially right it is still basketball.

Yeah, but that might not last long. Memphis has a 3-game road trip coming up at Utah, LA Clippers, and Golden State. Hopefully come Monday night, the Rockets are no worse than 5th place(with home court over Portland).

well hopefully there is a bright side if the Rockets get bounced early from the playoffs -- maybe it's enough to finally get mchale fired

If I was betting my money would be on the spurs. This game Harden will have 40 plus and Howard will have 25 plus but no one else will show up because they will get shut down in a spurs win.

Dwight is playing well, that's the most important thing.

I am ok with him to play less and save for the playoff.

But at the same time, TJ really needs to step up and play more.

Playing 1 extra minute of Dorsey in the playoff is just a failure.

How does this lineup even score?

And Pop would just hack Capela to death

Next game we need to let Johnson guard Parker.

I don't know what to do about the bigs situation though except play Papa, and Capela over Dorsey.

Did we not look like this when we beat OKC or Mavs, and other less equipped teams. This has become habits. Harden has been hiding it for us. Maybe we are not as good as our record suggests.

Well, people need a reality check. The Spurs are the hottest team in the league and are killing their opponents, even the Warriors. You're not gonna waltz into their arena and win unless you play a great game. The Rockets played like crap and not surprisingly got beat badly in the 2nd half.

The good news is they didn't need this game, just a split of the two. And the Rockets have shown the ability to bounce back from lousy performances.

    I gave y'all Dwight's return, TJ's return & Papa's return dates...

    DMO?

That was unexpected, & took everyone by surprise. He was expected back for the next Spurs game but had to leave the shoot around the other day.

I haven't heard anything, except DMO wants to play in the playoffs...but at 24 years old, the suits don't want him to risk his future.

    Watch this space.
