Ah well, if we win Friday then it would be what everyone wanted. They were in this game and I think they got demoralized for a moment. Ariza is the main guy that has the heart of a champion and didn't go down without trying to pull this one back into sight but the Spurs are too good to get beat by some one man hot streak. Sucks that we don't try anything new, got demolished in the paint and Parker pretty much in a practice gym. Hope we bounce back with a win Friday.
That old cliche that one team wants it more than the other sure applies to this game. The Spurs are out working the Rockets. The Rockets played as if they'd given up midway through the second quarter.
Really really need the win Friday. The Grizzlies have a lot harder schedule for the last few games then we do, we just need to win friday. Do not want to play San Antonio in the first round at all
Well, I did say the Rockets didn't have a prayer in this game and got sh-t for it. But it's true. The Spurs are doing this to everyone lately, even the Warriors. So it's not exactly a shocking outcome. But that being said, they're playing like garbage tonight. T-Jones, Terry, and Brewer need to bring it on Friday. And enough with the minutes restriction on Dwight. He's played 22 minutes in this game. Yes, he would've logged more had it been close in the 4th, but he still would've wound up well under 30. The entire f'ing season is on the line Friday night. The medical staff can go screw themselves. They've done enough damage already to this team. Play Dwight 30-35 minutes and get the damn W.
Hopefully in the Friday game thread, we don't have anyone proclaiming how the Rockets are going to "beat their ass". These four youngins need to be auditioning for a playoff rotation spot
