The Rockets have an awesome team this year and be better if Bev didn't go down. But acquiring Ariza, Brew, Smith, and even Pap along with the emergence of Dmo has me thinking this might be the best Rockets team post Olajuwon yet. Don't forget how much Harden has improved his game and plays on both sides now.
lol yeah that qoute...... boring spurs. COOK IT UP AL LDAY! ITS ENTERTAINMENT! Besides everyone has their own personality let them be them. respect. he wouldnt say that if the mvp was on his team.
I have league pass in Austin. From what I remember the Spurs games are normally blacked out, but show on FSSW. I'm not sure what's going to happen with the Rangers game on tonight though.
There are 206 posts in this thread (now 207) and 3 folks have called it an easy win? Could be idiots, or could be trolls.... Rockets FTW is one of the two for sure .. That being said, we have played them really well the last few years so some optimism isn't crazy.
I want to buy a Southwest Division Champions t-shirt. Is there a tougher division in professional sports?
I've called quite a few Rockets games must wins recently, but this is not one of them. Now if they lose, Friday becomes a must win. But it's not the end of the world if they drop this game. They still have the next one at home to take another shot at the Spurs.
Well the Thunder didn't help us out. They rolled over like a scared possum and gave up before the first quarter was over. The Spurs barely broke a sweat. Rockets have the league's best player and youth. Spurs have the best coach in the universe and tons of experience. Tough game, but I think we win.
We could go 2-0 or 0-2 but I really hope the team learns a valuable lesson these two games. This is real playoff basketball - San Antonio wants a sweep so bad, they could capture the 2nd seed after essentially lazing around all season. This is a pattern for them - they are sharp as knives come end of season. I think we can win one, but I'm mostly happy this team is going to get taught what playoff basketball means.

Hoping the Rockets come out with some intensity and play their brand of basketball. Can't play as sloppy as we did last time we faced the spurs. This team is on fire right now. Go rox!
