We have had too much time off and will be rusty, maybe a comeback win but I don't see it.

I so disagree with you, the Rockets are either good enough to stay with and beat the Spurs or they do not have the Heart of a Champion.

I think they possibly have that in them but they need to grab it now.

If they win the West they have to earn it. I want them to be among the best Rocket teams ever.

Team would be demoralized if they lost both of these and slid all the way to the 6 seed. Absolutely must at least split this series. Absolutely must.

Seeing Howard play the way his has been lately and knowing his minute restriction is increasing, I can see him being the player of the game. He eats Spurs for breakfast.

If we win both of these games against the surging Spurs, will the media finally give us some respect? I f'n doubt it, but screw them anyway. Just gotta keep winning!

So they are either very good or very bad, what kind of logic is that? And what the hell does the heart of a champion have to do with it..

If you were the one with the positive feedback about my doubts on winning this game saying '*** u b****', thanks!

This is a great playoff tune up. Back to back against the Champs playing their best. Let's see where we rate. The time to win our division is here, let's get it.

Not that I don't want the Rockets to get at least a split over the next two, but let's remember that there's still a very good chance they don't finish in 6th place should they drop both to the Spurs.

Memphis is already at 25 losses and their next 4 are home against New Orleans, at Utah, at the Clippers(on a B2B with LA rested), and at Golden State. I would be stunned if they didn't lose at least 2 of those games given the way they're currently playing.

That would give them at least 27 losses to the Rockets' 26(if they lost both to the Spurs). Then it's a matter of us holding serve against New Orleans, Charlotte, and Utah in order to finish 56-26 which at worst gives us the 5th seed and home court advantage over Portland in Round 1.

Get ready the media will play the Spurs played the night before card if the Rockets get the W tonight. Funny how that is not mentioned when the Rockets have a B2B. Get it done Rockets!!

So when does Pop go hack-a-dwight? Middle of second quarter? First 10 seconds of the game?

Depends on how the game is going. But he'll probably go to Hack-a-Dorsey within the first few seconds of him checking in.

It'll look really bad on the Rockets. But if everybody does the hack-a thing, the value of those who can't make FTs will drop crazy. Good for the NBA.

I don't like it, but I'm sorry. If you're hitting only 1 out of 4 free throws, you don't belong in the NBA. And don't get me started on Clint Capela. I think(hope) eventually he gets it together and at least becomes a 50% foul shooter. But you don't deserve any playing time if you can't make at least one.

I guess you think maxwell was full of it when he said some teams just match up better. He admitted that had they gotten past Seattle they would have been able to beat the bulls. This league is all about matchups.

Spurs look back in championship form. This game will be very hard.
