To be honest, Brook Lopez has been on fire lately. Scored 32 last night versus Portland.

 

Well deserved award for James. How about a back to back, Mr. Harden? That would truly boggle the mind, given the current situation.

That is what James is going to look like when he is 40-45 years old. My brother is going to get FAT when he is done playing.... but it is all good.

 

As you said subsequently, Curry only won POTM once. But also, this was the first time in Rockets' history a player won POTM in back-to-back months. Pretty valuable to his team, it seems. Pretty good player in general. Perhaps, MVP caliber? Nah, there's a good player from San Francisco, so that changes everything. Of course, there's another good player from San Francisco on that list with more POTW honors than the first one, but we'll just ignore him entirely in the narrative.
