JVG: I'm all talked out about it. It's become like you're a hater if someone else had a better year. Sensitivity levels are up high. In a tight race, Harden. MJ: You've already heard my thoughts on it. I'm not backing off. It won't change. No salt, no hate. Love Steph, he's my guy. As an analyst, it's Harden. Season he has had, single handily carrying that team. You can't go wrong with either guy.
Mark Jackson just solidified his vote for James Harden. One of the first people to do so on national TV.
Did you notice they just put the graphic up during the Cavs/Bulls game and Harden is up to 47% (32% for Curry)? But yeah, I'm sure ESPN has it out for the Rockets.
I love that broadcasters are saying harden is there MVP. National sunday game and broadcasting support I think will push harden to win
I posted my comment about 15-20 minutes ago. In the Rockets' game they showed it to start the game and at half, then didn't even mention it till now, a good hour and half afterward. Thanks for taking my post out of context...
Yep, people are becoming way to sensitive with this MVP race. If you vote Curry, your all the sudden a Harden hater and vice versa. Even though I want Harden to win and think he should win MVP, I'm not going to be too upset if Curry wins especially considering they're on pace to win like 68 games.
I believe there are 125 individual votes, 90 of which (3 per team) are media members (broadcasters and writers) selected by the NBA. The other 35 are national media. Then there's a fan poll that counts for 1 vote. EDIT: Thanks to Aleron for the correction.
Your point was that ESPN wouldn't want to show a poll that showed Harden with a lead on Curry. If they didn't want to, they wouldn't have - but they did. I guess the only explanation is that Morey called in a bomb threat at Bristol, or has nude pics of ESPN's CEO. How often did you expect to get an update on it during a heated game anyway? They had better things to talk about.
