ESPN's MVP Curry was horrible tonight funny how they keep saying the mvp race isnt close... i guess maybe if they say it enough times, the voters will believe it
Wow Rondo has a hyperextended knee; left in the 4th and didn't come back. Mavs already down Parsons as well
wonder when the last time Harden was the 5th top scorer for the Rox this season, not to mention if they won

Dallas lost, Memphis lost, unfortunately, Portland won. Not a bad night except Clippers are streaking, beating everyone they play. Rockets must keep the heat on, beat the Thunder, stay in second.
Why is Portland winning unfortunate?? That's exactly what we wanted. We don't want the Pelicans making the playoffs.
Golden State is 9-6 without Bogut. They barely beat Phoenix, a team that had lost 4 straight going into the game, without Draymond Green two nights ago. I think those two guys and a new, competent coaching staff have a lot to do with their increase in wins more so than Curry. We talk about how Harden has improved defensively and as a leader, so what has Curry done?
Apparently the new narrative the NBA "analysts" are trying to trying to put forth is that Curry is a great defender, better than Harden even. They are citing Curry's steals numbers (2.1spg) and that he "guards" his own man now. Totally ignoring the fact that Klay still guards Curry's man most of th time, especially against opposing scoring point guards like Westbrook, Lillard, etc. Or that the Warriors switch everything on defense so while Curry might start with his man when the play begins, he usually switches off his man when it's all said and done. But those steal numbers, thoooo!!! And umm Harden is averaging 1.9spg and while Ariza is taking the best perimeter player on the other team most of them time, Harden is also guarding his position at times plus opposing SF and PF like Zach Randolph. Does Curry do that and effectively? Even though it is true that Curry has improved on defense, it doesn't mean he is some ball hawk, all defensive team material. The media is trying so hard to find anything to boost Curry's MVP candidacy, even if its true or not. It's sickening. If it was true and Curry has become the second coming of Gary Payton, like the media is trying to push him to be, then I would be all for Curry winning and getting recognition. But half the things the media is trying to push forth is contradictory (The Warriors are so great so Curry deserves the MVP rather than James Harden who is hands down the most valuable player on the Rockets than not many even suspected to be in the playoffs much less the 2nd seed with heavy injuries) or wild exaggerations of the truth.
Eight Hawks players with at least three assists tonight insane. Ten of them with at least two assists. Hope Budenholzer wins Coach of the year, their turnaround is incredible and he's doing wonders with the talent on their roster.
