I think people have just been hearing it wrong - his ankle wasn't actually sprained, but machine gun sprayed. He actually no longer has an ankle. That is the only explanation that seems plausible. At any rate, great use of the MLE.

No possible way it's just an ankle sprain.

That's what I was thinking... it seems like he's been gone for much longer than 16 games.

Its been said before, but Rubio was out for months with an ankle sprain.

The Rockets don't lie about injuries. Fans seem to be under this impression that the Rockets hide the injuries from the public. I don't see how hiding an injury helps the organization.

Look how injured players are treated over there in OKC.

No one seems to Remember not so long ago Curry had terrible nagging ankle injuries that kept him on the shelf for like 40 games.

Okay, I looked it up.. he's missed the last 21 games. I don't know where that guy got 16 from.

He also hasn't played in 14 other games this season.

So he hasn't played in 35 of 76 games this season. So he's played in about half the games this season.

Hope he's been working on his jumper. He was starting to click with that shot before going down.

He could have been our young Ginobili... wish he never hurt his ankle.

Since the SF spot is so crowded, perhaps the Rockets might think about moving him over to PG, a position of need for our team. He certainly passes well, and he could easily run the team. HIs height would be a huge advantage, but his lateral quickness as a PG would be a liability. It might be an interesting experiment.

This would be a dream come true. But at nearly or over 250lbs as he currently is he would be the heaviest NBA point guard ever.

Pap could actually be a decent point forward but would need someone else (Nick Johnson) to defend the position in a cross match. Now that Prigioni has earned McHales trust that ship has sailed. Pap and his team friendly/ non guaranteed contract will be traded in the off season.

Prigioni is a great case in study of not to judge players on crappy teams... He's glad he is not in NY anymore I hope...

Prigioni has always been a solid playmaker. Moreover, he was sought after by the Rockets all the way back when we had Scola and Prigs was still in Argentina.

Why did it take so long for Prigs to decide on playing in NBA?

Does that make you think Capela will be in the playoff roster?
