Started to watch Justified a week or so ago and am on already near the end of Season 3. Just wanted to make a thread about this as I haven't seen one in the past.

Really great show, this and new GoT season will hopefully fill the gap til next Fargo and Better Call Saul seasons.

Tonight's the night. I'm really going to miss this one. Quite possibly my favorite non-comedic series of all-time.

Will this be the last season? Watched all seasons in the past weeks and love it, would suck if it already ended. :(

Best dialogue in a drama since Deadwood.

One of my favorites from this season, "Wonderful things can happen when you sow seeds of distrust in a garden of assholes."

outstanding.... although would debate the merits of being a non-comedy show :p find it hilarious at times ;)

not sure i can bring myself to consider how i want it to end and how it will actually end :(

Based on my extensive readings of Elmore Leonard, I can guess how it will end, but I don't care at all. I love all the characters. I'd be happy with Raylan getting his man and ending up in Florida as much as I'd be happy with Boyd leaving Harlan county forever with his bag of loot and his girl. I just want more Art tonight.

Of all the tv series that have ended in the last year or two this is the only one that I'm not really ready for it to end.

The last 30 mins or so I tried to savor every second, every word. I'm sad the show is over but glad it went out strong.

I wish more series would end before they sharply decline.

Think it ended a bit too good, with everyone important surviving.
Feel like that gun-freak should've killed Raylan, as he seems like the person that would practice shooting & drawing all day while a normal person like Raylan would do usual 24/7 things we all do (job, TV, bar, wife, etc). Would've been a more fitting ending and conclusion imo, as Raylan always saw one more task/mission and never quite motivated himself to really quit the job and lead a safer life.

And then they could've showed a last picture of the tombstone in his parent's garden with the death date and played that "you'll never leave Harlan alive" song they had for all the other season finales.

Thought it was a pretty solid way to start, really ended with the characters that started the series so I can't complain.

That's not Elmore's style, man. Other than Boyd's outcome, I had a general feeling that Raylan and Ava would survive, with the latter getting away. The women nearly always get away at the end of his books and the show runners were always very respectful of his vision. Raylan not killing Boyd because it wasn't justified, only to get the satisfaction of watching him die in another way telling in Ava was dead was great writing.

I not too proud to admit I teared up a bit at the end. Raylan's daughter in the flash forward is the same age as mine, they looked alike and that whole dynamic they had is completely me and her. Then that last line to Boyd. Full circle.

Amazing ending to an amazing show.

Never read any of his books, so I don't know his style. Guess I'll start soon, any recommendations?

My pleasure...enjoy! He was my favorite author and for some reason, I wasn't too affected by his death, but this show ending makes me feel like I just found out.

Great show and I'm going to miss it.

I just wanted to know if someone can explain something to me. When Raylan told Boyd at the end of Ava's death, do you think the Marshall's office knew about it or did he do it on his own?
