Yep, no one was/is making a comparison. You brought it up, you are the one that's trying to make something out of nothing.
yeah i actually watch sports documentaries and go to film festivals, i'm more cultured than the Lin fans who try to stream laker games on crappy russian sites with tons of pop ups just to see if one player plays. i always bring new content, not like lin fans who just react in defensive insecure mode.
No disagreement here. Lin had to suffer through quite a lot of hardships, clearly. But they pale in comparison to what Ibaka had to go through. No question whatsoever.
haha. i'm sure they've heard of reddit. they got 60fps HD streams over there. Maybe you should stop streaming on crappy russian sites?
Lol at Lin suffering "hardships". He grew up with a rich family, went to Harvard and is currently playing in the NBA. Not to mention he is horribly overpaid. Tough life. You guys are completely delusional
Lin fans are definitely not smart, they have proven it here and other basketball sites. What does lin represent? He doesn't represent you. He represents himself. What is happening is that you living vicariously through lin. And you are defensive because you feel like lin is your family member. He's not He doesn't know you and stop trying to invite him to your wedding. The problem with you lin fans is you do not understand true unity and love that team fans experience. For sure you don't understand the fierce loyalty of clutch city. Which is why this place was named.
Lin doesn't even care about team. You can tell by the lack of harmony with his coaches and certain players. Would his former teammates like carmelo or jr smith go to battle with him? When the rockets had the reunion of clutch city, they talked about how they really loved each other. That's real love. Clutch city love is mary j blige , jody watley real love. Whitney Houston wasn't talking about lin fans either
From the ibaka story http://mashable.com/2015/03/16/son-of-the-congo-serge-ibaka/ Earlier in Ibaka's life, that same father had been imprisoned without charges for two years as their long-tortured former*Belgian colony*erupted in violence yet again. That absence helped send the future*NBA*star, whose mother had already passed away, to the streets of Brazzaville, where he spent many nights sleeping on the ground or in cars, often lacking for food and water. And no. Lin wouldn't be able to survive what serge went through Palo alto is paradise city Brazzaville is the jungle Lin wouldn't survive there, it would bring him to his shananananana knees
Of course not. He would be toast. Lin is a mental midget and shrinks when faced with adversity. I still remember that deer in the headlights look from him during his first playoff game against OKC. In my 20+ years of watching NBA, I have never seen anyone look as scared as Lin did that day. Ibaka took his team to finals. Lin single handidly took his team out of the first round.
Haha, What?! Ok............. I guess we're just going to disregard Durant, Westbrook and Harden. Those guys ain't schiet compare to Ibaka.
No one is disregarding those other players. Ibaka was just as important as they were. Thunder were not making the Finals without Ibaka's post defense. Just stating a fact.
Just a quick reminder to everyone that our tinmam is less than 50 posts away from 1,000 posts in this thread. Someone on this God's green earth is actually going to post about Jeremy Lin one thousand times. One. Thousand. Posts.
