Of course he was. Can you name another player the team? Jeremy Lin was responsible for all 48 minutes of each game in the series. Damn scrub!

Looks like there is a civil war akin to Clutchfans on the Lakers forum... and it's uglier there than here...
I'm not gonna blame Lin for losing to Portland last year.. but man that game 4 turnover was soooo critical.. he almost cost us game 3 when he drove in and missed that open layup then batum hits the 3 to tie the game, but i guess he made up for it with the assist to troy daniels for the game winner in overtime.. game 5 he played really well and hit shots i didnt expect him to hit. BUT overall he had a terrible series outside of game 5.. so 1/6 games you can count on him to play well lmao
Agreed. By that standard, we should have gotten rid of everyone on our roster except Dwight, the only player to show up against Portland.
I think Harden only played well in game 6. Just saying. Lin played like a role player, a few good moments, a few bad moments, mostly average moments. Yet LOHs blame our series lost to our role player. They seem to forget our Superstar only showed up for ONE game.
Unfortunately that was Harden too, 1/6 games. No. 1 reason was McHale, and Harden can't get off it either. Lin was what he was that everyone expected: inconsistent. He had 2 good games, 2 average games and 2 bad games. Some people were disappointed of him because of expectations and cap hold, but most can agree he was what he was.
You obviously know that is not true. Don't mistaken bad shooting to not knowing what to do in game time situations. So happy morey sent him packing
You obviously know that one play or one person is not responsible for an entire playoff series. The whole team outside of Dwight failed. Poor defense, poor coaching, poor shooting. Yet, a large percentage blames one player for a team sport. Be rational.
Reasons for our loss. 1. McHale 2. Lin 1 and 2 are close. Glad the latter is gone and hoping that the former is gone too shortly.
Reasons Rockets lost the Playoff in the 1st round. 1. Lin 2. Refs 3. McHale coaching 4. TNT 5. Obama? It has nothing to do with Portland being good or Rockets not showing up.
If Lin didn't play in that series we would have easily won the ring last year, wasn't second round the Spurs?? Remember we killed the Spurs in regular seasons and Lin had no part in it, we would have owned the Spurs and proceed to conference final, we owned the Heat when Bev came back with elite shut down defense and facial dunk on Chris Bosh, we would have gotten the championship! Lin is forever known as the scrub who cost us a ring
Perhaps if we made the Spurs and the Heat our b**** (on our way to winning the Championship), Duncan and Lebron would have signed with Houston. Lin is forever the player who scared away Duncan and Lebron.
The rockets did show up, all the games were close. Jeremy lins lack of knowing when to call timeout costs us dearly. Us meaning the rockets.
That critical turn over by Lin and the smirk on Mo Williams' face still haunts Tinman at night, can't blame him. Lin was too stupid to call time out I honestly don't like his high risk high rewards plays, old timer like Tinman's heart can't take it. Watching Lin play is like roller coaster ride, I prefer consistency that we are finding in our current role players. In my professional opinion Lin will sign with the shanghai sharks next season and plays the only thing he knows (pick and rolls) with Yao Ming. And we might see them pair up as duo Kobe n Shaq part 2 of China killing other nations in Olymics. We best be ready for it and sign Lin for cheap next season to be our water boy or play behind Nick Johnson, its best for our national interest.
Can't really blame the series against the Thunder on Lin. First game, EVERYONE sucked really badly. 2nd game, Lin got hurt. The Blazers series though... smh.
