True, but I'd argue that their open threes are more "open" than ours. I wish there was a metric that took into account whether a 3pt shooter had to reset or received the ball while he was in motion. We are pathetic in that regard.

Curry has this waiting for him at home:

I don't think there's a need to be stepping out any time soon. :)

    The difference is-

The Rockets are a solid playoff contender.

The Warriors are a historically great team.

If they weren't the Warriors they would be getting so much more respect as a historically dominant squad.

Must be that Toyota Center depth perception.

In reality, the Warriors are one of the more talented teams I've seen in the last 15 years.

The pieces fit so well, they are coached so well and they have a ton of talent.

They have way more talent than last year's Spurs with similar fit and usage IMO.

    It's a historically great team.

Obviously it'll mean nothing unless they win a championship

The crazy thing is they have a talented (albeit flawed) big in David Lee rotting on the bench.

I'm just glad that this kind of squad won't come together again...for a while anyway

The higher they are, the harder they'll fall.

I hate to say it but it's just so hard to see Golden State losing 4 of 7 games.

People have been predicting their "fall" since November. I think they're okay lol.

    Healthy OKC vs GSW.

I think OKC wins in game of 7..

I think if they get out of the West, they will win it.

But the same could be said about almost any team out West, any team in the West playoffs hunt can win it all if they survive the West (Mavericks, Pelicans and maybe Blazers excluded). The East has gotten stronger but still no match for the West, in my opinion.

Only way for a East team to win is if LeBron (and the NBA) decide he/the Cavs should win it all.

Shooting 3's aren't gonna help Golden State in the playoffs

I only became a believer in the Warriors after they killed the Rockets 4 straight times. I still don't want to believe how good they are.

It just sucks because finally, after so many years, there is a legitimate chance that some one besides the Lakers, Celtics, Spurs or Miami can win it all and it's the Warriors that have broken away from the pack... I just hope OKC can make it into the 8th seed and give them a fight, but I think they will handle them easily anyway.

    So much sodium...

We have players that we can give it to in the post. Golden State is basically a live and die by the 3 team.
