Three bad games against the best team in the league which happened to be the team they were playing recently which also happened to be the team in the screenshot I posted that bent you out of shape. Amazing lack of context there blue guy. Even Michael Jordan had bad games here and there! But he's still Michael freaking Jordan and your boy is still Jeremy Lin.
Three bad games against the best team in the league. You just said it just now. Best. Team. No shame in bad games against the best team. And you're the one talking about lack of context? haha Lmao, you must be obsessed with Lin if you are mentioning the best player to play the game to compare with J freaking Lin.
After watching that Heat game and Rockets practice video I have no clue why Morey wanted this scrub. It's clear as day he doesn't give a crap about the "game". In the practice video, he looks like he just woke up from his mom's basement ready to eat Fruit Loops for breakfast. In the Heat game, he basically got owned in every facet of the game. His Passing = Turnovers. His Shooting = Bricks/Airballs. His Dribbling = Rip away for 2 points/Dunked on. His On-Court Mannerisms = I lost bro. In all honesty he does have talent. He's tall 6'3 and quick. If he didn't have both of the traits he would be that scrub in the corner at a rec center gym. It's the person you don't want on your team but he's there since you need one more player to complete your team. I know 5'9 guys who are just as quick who would eat Lin for breakfast, lunch and dinner because Lin's attitude/hunger/drive is off the charts pathetic. Having said that, I am SOOO GLAD that we got rid of him. If he wasn't playing in the Portland series we would've easily advanced. Thank you Lakers for taking this scrub off our hands (even though we lost a 1st rounder) and eating $14.9 million in the process to be the highest paid cheerleader on your team.
Excellent post by TheAce. True Rockets fan. Glad you studied those videos and saw what is clear as daylight. Have you watched this one? This is from this season (Jeremy as a Laker). <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jmb_uLIYBP8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Yeah, he sucks against good teams. Glad we agree. Aren't you the LOF comparing Lin to 8 time All-Star Chris Paul? Errr... okay.
Couldn't finish that clip, just awful. Was he always this bad? Off that video alone he'd be lucky to get a minimum contract next year. Agreed, he ruined us against Portland. I'll never get over that Mo Williams steal/3-pt when all he needed to do was call timeout
He has the worst handles of all the point guards in the Nba, that is why he turns the ball over. IMO.
Oh someone on that Lakers site explained it all for us (bold in original): And, yes, they are still bashing ClutchFans on p. 410 of the thread:
So, you somehow thought we would actually give a flying **** about what a bunch of morons on another board say? Get this folks, a post full of reposts from another forum are not really something you should post here, if we wanted to read it we can go there and do so. A whiny post from a delusional Lin fan is not something we want to see here....
I never understand the fascination of what other people outside clutchfans think. I joined clutchfans because i want to hear what clutch and jeff think. And the rest of the true fans think. When you talk about parking on edloe street or marvin zindler , they knew what you talked about. These frogs that jump from team to team boards aren't real fans of any team. I pity the fools
True True. That is why you won't find Kermit, Keroppi, Prince Charming or Baron Silas Greenback in the Houston Rockets threat. But a Jeremy Lin thread....oohwee....it's a botanic garden up in here. Ribbit!
I am going to prove that Jeremy Lin is a scrub using numbers. He has scored a total of 711 points this seasons in 1665 minutes. That is equivalent to 0.43 points per minute, by rounding it to the nearest whole number, it is equivalent to 0 point per minute. Since he averages 25.6 minutes per game, 0 times 25.6 = 0 - Averaging 0 point per game - AWFUL!! By following the same steps, we can derive that his average assists, steals and rebounds are also zero. But to calculate his average turnovers per game, we need to use a different method. He has a total of 146 turnovers in 65 games so far this season. However, since he is usually a non-factor, we assume that he only affected the game when he is a starter. In other words, that is 146 divided by 23, which is equal to 6.34. By rounding up to the nearest tenth, this is equivalent to 10 turnovers per game. So his season averages are 0 point, 0 assist, 0 rebound, 0 steal, and a disastrous average of 10 turnovers per game. Also note that his ast/to ratio is 10/0 = infinity. These numbers show that Jeremy Lin is a scrub and does not belong to this league.
