    Dwight - DMo - TJones - JSmoove

I like them all for different reasons
    they all bring something different.

I think we match up well with most frontlines

Like just about everything with this postseason-

    depends on Dwight's health

Match up well? Even with Dwight back, this team can have trouble grabbing a rebound. It's not up to par compared to teams like Portland, Clippers, and even low end teams like the Pelicans even....

With a Healthy Dwight, as good as anyone except Memphis, and if dmo can keep up his shooting, versatile too.

    Howard/Dmo
    Jones/Smith

    Fantastic big rotation.

Finish the game at PF with whoever is playing the best.

    Cleverly disguised anti-Dorsey thread :grin::p

On defense when we switch/rotate, I'm not even mad when Smith or Jones winds up guarding the perimeter. They both do a great job, especially Jones. Last year when Dwight guarded LeBron on that last possession, I wasn't mad either. The frontline is a juggernaut with everyone healthy. At this point offensively, I just hope Smith can either limit his turnovers more or shoot better (FTs or 3's). He's a major plus if he sows ONE of those problems .

    You said rank them so:

    Zach and Marc
    Deandre and Blake
    Anthony and Ryan/Omer
    Dwight and Donatas/Terrence
    Tyson and Dirk
    Enes and Serge/Collison
    Robin and Lamarcus
    Tim and Tiago/Boris

This. The rebounding or lack there-of is frustrating

I would put up slightly above Anthony and Ryan/Omer

We could say Howard and Anthony are a wash while Omer is playing like garbage and I'd much rather have Jones over Ryan Anderson

Depth wise is where the Rockets are second to none. Having Smith and Dmo/Jones off the bench is an amazing luxury. As a front court rotation I would argue the Rockets have the best quartet.

Several teams can surpass us with their top two...but when you look at the whole ball of wax, including Dorsey who I believe will get spot minutes in certain situations in the playoffs, we are superior.

It all depends, of course on a healthy D12.

How many games have all 4 played in this year? 5? Less?

I'm hoping we will all be pleasantly surprised at how well our frontline performs in the playoffs

    Lists playoff teams.
Includes 9th placed Pelicans, removes 1st placed Warriors.

That is the only hard part!

Someone isn't going to play much. And very little doubt it is either Motie or Jones. Hopefully the one who doesn't play much keeps themselves ready for when they are required!

First guess is something like this?

    Howard (30)/DMo (18)
    Jones (26)/Smith (22)

To please the DMo ppl on the board lol:

    Howard (30)/Smith (18)
    DMo (24)/Jones (24)

Could see something similar to either happening.

Zach and Marc (very well rounded duo to have on any squad)
Dwight and Donatas/Terrence/Smith (excellent depth, lots of versatility on offense)
Robin and Lamarcus (Robin is a garbage man and Lamarcus is an unstoppable threat)
Anthony and Ryan/Omer (Anthony is that good. Forget the other two)
Deandre and Blake (Deandre is legit. Blake is super athletic but otherwise just deserves to get punched in the balls.)
Tim and Tiago/Boris (Weak, but I can't put Duncan at the bottom.)
Enes and Serge/Collison (Streaky, but none of them are offensive workhorses).
Tyson and Dirk (One plays defense, one plays offense. Not much else to say.)

    My opinion.

We are a bit lacking in length and athleticism. Look what happens when we go against the Deandre Jordans of the world.
