Parsons is preferable to Ariza for me, but given the contracts and all the pieces we added with the cap space left over, we came out winners.
It's hilarious hearing Jon Barry talk about how ridiculous it is that Lin is making 15M this season based on Linsanity, yet he was quoted as saying Jeremy Lin is "the real deal". He was "sold" on Jeremy Lin! He, along with Magic, were champions of the Linsanity movement, now not so much.. LOL Of course Lin is getting overpaid, but way to stick to your opinion!
It was pretty entertaining. Even when the Heat got up by 20, the pace was fast and exciting. Wade had a vintage performance; attacking the rim, hitting his pull up bank shots, making crazy shots.
Good game, competition wise, for about a quarter and half. Blowout the rest of the game. Cavs tried to close late but it was too late. Worth watching? Only if you enjoy the Cavs getting spanked and/or want to watch Wade turn back the clock.
Because I don't like Westbrook, people think he's God now because of all the triple doubles but honestly all he cares about is stats and his teammates help him get it... Which some times turns out into losses. Absolutely 0 value in a Westbrook triple double can't wait till KD comes back
Curry with the MVP performance so far! 2 points, 4 assist with 2 turnovers against the defenseless Lakers.
Parsons sucks. This why people in Dallas feel they were robbed. No way they thought they'd be the 7th seed at this point when he signed
Not yet, but Dirk finding a bit of offense, Monta being a threat, Parsons figuring out his role, and Rondo learning how to make that team better are all things they have been waiting for and have shown signs of happening in the last few. Hasn't happened enough to vault them up too high just yet, but it could be the start of a nice run for them.
Barry has been spot on sofar 1. Pretty much called Lin a thief for being paid 25MM for 2 weeks of play and 15 MM this year. The other guy called Lin a career back up 2. Giving Harden some MVP love for carrying this team
Yah, he'll have a hot stretch in the third quarter and score 13 points in 3 minutes when the game is practically over. He'll finish with 15 points and the recap will show him catching fire and the headline will be "Curry catches fire, puts away Lakers". I can see it now. Is Green really comparing Curry to Michael Jordan by mentioning rings and having equal numbers to every other candidate? Has Curry even been out of the 2nd round? Curry's numbers aren't as impressive as the other candidates. The only thing Curry has going for him is being on a absolutely stacked team.
I don't know if I want to live in a world where sentences start off with: Barry has been spot on so far.
