Blazers have begun their late season hot streak, 8 out of 9. Remember last year?

 

Yeah, but those were almost all home games against easy opponents. They have to play 7 of 8 on the road and the lone home game is against the Warriors. If they pull off another hot streak during this stretch, then more power to em. But I'd be surprised if that happened.

A team should have a winning record in order to rest players.

 

Nuggets resting dudes and Wizards have been terrible lately. Hoping for some good news tonight but not expecting much.

 

Terrific. But I'm sure they'll be in uniform come Thursday when they play the Rockets.

 

The Blazers are having some luck of late, they are playing 2 of the eastern teams that's hot in the early season but playing like crap lately, the Raptors and Wiz.

Well then they better be forced to rest some players on Thursday.

 

not good - if players arent asking to rest and the staff isnt choosing to rest players - then who is it? I am sure there should be some sort of investigation by Silver if that tweet is true. While the league knows tanking happens but for a beat writer to be so open that neither the staff or players want to rest guys is something
