Does Cecil fill out the WR2 role? Do the Texans (still) draft a WR in the 1-2 rounds? What's his ceiling?

Well he's been the Jag's #1 WR over the past 2 seasons, a role that's honestly too much for him. Not surprisingly he put up his best numbers as the #2 target next to Justin Blackmon the season before he fell off the wagon. I think hes' a very solid #2 guy if he can stay healthy.
I like that Texans off-season moves are actually "smart" now instead of being "cost effective" like they were once upon a time.
Love the Shorts signing. Looks like big Vince priced his way outta Houston, which learned its lesson after the Ed Reed debacle. If the reports are true, looks like Indy is wary as well. I'd wager to say he ends up back in NE.
Looks like we've shored up most of our glaring holes. Pretty much allows us to go BPA all the way through the draft.
I would wager there's a next-to-zero chance they'll draft a WR in round 1. My guess is that it's among their lower priorities. Never know how the draft will fall, but I have to think TE is their top priority; also: overall team speed, pass rushers...
