    That girl needs jail time. Assault, hitting a child, and hate crime. All the bystanders deserve fines/community service, but not sure if there's any legal standing to charge them.

    Despicable people.

    Guarantee they won't be charged for a hate crime. On the other hand if the racial roles were reversed the perpetrators just need to look white enough (aka "white Hispanics") and Eric Holder will pick up the phone and send his troops.

    I'm no fan of the administration, but that statement is idiotic.

    Anyhow, those are some stupid hateful kids. The hate and racism can come from anyone. Hope the attacker gets identified and brought to justice.

    I don't think it is. White people make up 52% of perpetrators in hate crimes while black people make up 24%. That doesn't jive with the fact that black on white crime is much more prevalent. Sure, you'll say black on white crime isn't racially motivated but we've seen what the bar is for a white person to be investigated for a hate crime. In this case the degenerates in the video are clearly stating the motive during the crime. I'm betting it won't get a second look but I hope I'm proven wrong.
