lol. The whole thing is getting absolutely ridiculous. Why should we stop at gender???? If I think I am Asian or Black or Hispanic or any race then I should be able to identify as such. Why stop there??? If I think I am a dog or a cat etc.... then I should be able to identify as such???? Why stop with reality??? If I think I am a unicorn or a centaur then I am one, right?????

Gender is a sociological construction that derives from your biological sex. Many people of different-pigmented skins might adapt different racial identities: witness, for example, the term "white-washed". I can't understand why you would have a problem with people that adapt different gender identities when it is something fluid that evolves with time: to wit, being a man in the Renaissance meant wearing fancy hats and makeup.

 

They are NOT both "men" because they still have penises, RR. One is a woman trapped in a man's body, taking hormonal therapy in an attempt to make that body more like the woman she is and unable to have an operation for financial reasons, or because she doesn't want to subject herself to a serious operation, as would also be the case if it is a woman trapped inside a man's body and taking hormone therapy, without the financial ability to have an even more extensive operation to create a "penis." In my earlier post, I should have worded it better. They don't "see themselves" that way, as whichever gender they wish to be, but rather they are literally trapped inside a body that is not their real gender.

I was going to tell you just how ignorant you are about the topic, but I'm not going to. You aren't a serious person, so you are not worth wasting my time on.

If you are born a man with X & Y chromosomes then you are a man. Nothing is ever going to change that. If you believe you are not a man then that is a psychological issue and not a physical issue.

On topic. The fear that transgender allows for otherwise straight men to go look at boobies is unfounded given that one, there are plenty of ways to look at boobies without having to go into a women's locker room and two given the stigma that transgender people face it is a losing proposition just to do so to look at boobies.

What this comes down to is behavior. Harassing and inappropriate behavior isn't allowed whatever gender someone behaves as. If an individual in a female lockerroom were caught trying to take pics of women's genitalia that wouldn't be allowed to begin with no matter the gender. The same would apply for a male lockerroom.

 

Can you comprehend that your brain's wiring might be different than your chromosomal make-up? Transgender people might truly be a woman trapped in a man's body. Why can't you even accept that might be possible?

Your thinking and lack of a logical analytical approach shows you are indoctrinated with what you were raised to believe, and not able to think for yourself.

 

Argument??? There is no argument if you are born a man with X & Y chromosomes then you are a man. Until a doctor comes up with a way to remove the Y chromosome and replace it with another X chromosome then nothing will really change that. A person can believe they are a woman when they are really a man and vice versa but it does not make it so.
