When someone lights a cigarette next to you in a public place...

Typically I just move but then again I don't have gas on demand.

In most cases silent farts are appropriate

 

I absolutely cant stand cigarette smoke, that and sick people who don't know how to cover their damn mouths/noses.

Seriously nothing worse then those 2 things, outside of murder and rape and assault.

 

I don't like outdoor seating where smoking is allowed, and typically try to avoid it so I don't run into that situation where a smoker sits next to me after I sit down. It's awkward to get up and move. You can't really ask them not to smoke since it's a smoking allowed area, and they probably get a lot of crap for smoking already so you feel bad.

If someone walks and smokes, now that person is a dick.

 

Let them smoke and take silent satisfaction in the knowledge that their lungs are getting wrecked.

 

Solution: If you don't like being around smokers, then don't hang out at places where smoking is allowed. Having said that, most smokers try to be considerate about blowing their smoke towards others. If someone is being a total dick about it, then farting on them is acceptable.

 

Unfortunately there are still places where the smoking area is right near the front entrance to the building. It's gross. Feel like I'm walking through a cancer fog.

 

You obviously feel very privileged. The working class needs it's cigarettes to cope with the oppression of capitalism.

 

I give them a high five and say good for you. Too many p*****s in this world.

 

Just a thought: If a "working class" mom who smokes a pack a day stops smoking when she gets pregnant and starts putting JUST the cigarette money in a 529 for her kids college..she could have over $80,000 for college before that kid graduates high school.

 

But what will she then do to cope with the everyday stresses of the lower income working class!?
