There's no question about that, but there's a new sheriff in town and as far as I know he hasn't beaten or raped anyone so Bob McNair probably wouldn't object.

Depends on the crime. A rapist like Winston? Not a chance, Bob McNair would never allow it. Someone accused of weed possession....probably a different story.
