Lol @ trying to point to TJ's 3pt shooting percentage to determine his work on his game. Personally, I love the fact he's not a great outside shooter, I hate stretch 4s and will take the likes of LmA and TJ over Dirk any day! **** the 3pt shot, let Jones be who he is, a very effective player close to the basket. The guy is smart and playing to his strength. What more can u ask for? Be happy and applaud him for his play. Trust me, he will have a long successful career as a starter like Millsap. Something D-Mo will never be unless he can dance with wolves.

Thank you. Repetition with the same shot mechanics can yield better results.

It's also silly to write off more points from better shot selection as meaningless. It's uncommon for players to improve their shot selection to get better points per attempts.

The guy has clearly worked on his game, showing a slight improvement in all areas. Moreover, he's gotten stronger since last year.

Jones is only going to get better. I can see his rebounding flattening out, but he's going to improve his jump shot, post game and his defensive positioning because he's a hard worker and you can tell he's an observant guy.

All of you guys wanting to trade DMo or Terrence ... let me ask this ... who do you want to trade them for ? Moving up in the draft could be nice, but it will likely not improve our team in the immediate future. It is unlikely that we get another big of equivalent value for either of them, so the only scenario I can think of is for a PG. This is ironic because the main reason most people cite as wanting to trade one is because we have 2 PF's, so we should use that excess value to get stronger at another position. PG is the deepest position in the NBA , and trading a big for a small will most likely result in a decrease in value.

It's still good enough to keep the opposing defense honest. T jones often drives into the lane after faking a three, at 32% that's still high enough to be a legitimate threat.

I hope you're right. But in the Portland series that wasn't the case. They dared him to shoot it.

A lot of things took place in the Portland series that I don't expect to be repeated this time around.

But if he goes 0 for 4 in his next 2 starts....then what would you think?

If you believe Rubio is all of those then that's pretty ridiculous lol

And if he goes 3 for 4 what will you think. It's pointless because you will never change your view on TJ regardless how successful he is.

I can't figure out if he is serious, trolling, or it's just his schitck (kind of like with Carl, just no where near as funny and entertaining).

Trevor Ariza is shooting just 33% from downtown this season, I think Jones should be taking 1 or 2 a game if he is making them at around that 30% clip.

Rubio is horrible shooting all over the floor, even layups.

TJones is elite around the rim. TJones also draws fouls.

So no, he doesn't have to be an elite playmaker

Will you still talk about the Portland series when he is 27-28 years old?

He was 21-22 yr of age back then.

You will always find something talk about to pass time.
