Well Harden did help Fried get his extension. Before FIBA, the Nuggets were looking to trade Faried then after FIBA, Faried got a 60M extension.

I mean Faried did do his job but a lot of his scoring came from alley oops sent by the guards of that FIBA team, especially Harden.

I would be pretty mad at even the smallest excessive contact if I got that person a 60M extention lolol

Reading lips would be a lot easier if Harden moved his mouth when he talks...

I am just glad this team has players that do not take crap from other teams. They stand up for one another. Like the tough minded attitude on the team.

I'll like Faried fouling hard. I like Harden getting in his face about it. I like the confrontation at the end. I like Jones having his guy's back. More of this please NBA.

Not sure if anyone else noticed (and I don't have proof) but a couple plays after the confrontation james drove to the basket again but this time fairied backed off. So I don't think faried meantt anything buy it, just good hard basketball. I personally like james getting fouled hard cause that's how the playoffs will be (as long as he doesn't get hurt of course). But even more I like that he doesn't back down and gets in your face. Rockets need players like that. The media and some players don't like the rockets anyways, so screw them and let's go and get ours.

Those fouls weren't that bad. Faried is a good hard nose player and he's a good guy. James is being a little bit of a diva and its part of the reason that the Rockets have become the bad guys around the league. I like the attitude from the Rockets, they are ready to do battle in the playoffs.

Terrence needs to put that little finger away. Clearly, Faried was walking around with his tail between his legs and suddenly Jones thinks he's a tough guy.

he needs this to happen to him

Who Jones? Not going to happen. TJones is tough also. Metta World Peace is not the only tough guy that has played in the NBA.

Wasn't he the guy that kicked in the wall when they lost in the playoffs?

I never heard of that. I can understand frustration but kicking in a wall might be excessive lol

I don't think that takes away from my statement of Kenneth Faried being a good guy though. He certainly doesnt act like a douchebag anytime I've watched him AND I'll praise him more if this video is truly an apology to Harden. An apology for what kind of fouls he committed wasn't necessary to me

I hate the narratives being written about Harden, and especially this growing idea that he doesn't deserve the fouls he gets.

That being said - Harden has a lot of diva qualities. He sometimes plays a "Nowitski" and lies on the court like he is about to die when he gets hit and doesn't get a whistle. He does the little CP3 "head snapback" when he is trying to draw contact while being pressured at midcourt or dribbling around a screen.

When I saw this in real-time I thought Harden was being uncool towards Faried. What happened in the game was a non-event. Total overreaction.

It looked like a guilty smile.

I like it better when I thought Ariza ripped one in their direction while they were trying to hug it out.

My favorite part of the game was after the argument with Harden, the next play Faried gave D-Mo a shove. Then when inbounding Josh yelling to D-Mo "Hey D-Mo. BUST HIS ASS!"

That same play D-Mo gets it in the post against Faried, backs him down and swishes the hook shot. Gold. I don't care much for the whining. Make him respect you with your play.
