A&E is remaking the French show called "The Returned". The French show is extremely good - very creepy and suspenseful. I'm curious to see what kind of tone this one will set. The French version starts season 3 sometime this year. IMO, the original The Returned (Les Revenants) was very good. I just couldn't stomach the idea of an American adaptation. I'm sure it's trash. I'm glad you started this thread because I wasn't aware there would be a season 2 this year.
ABC did a very very lose adaptation called "Ressurection" and it was awful. This appears to follow the same mood and tone as the original, so I'll give it a try..especially since the French version is taking Soooo stinking long between seasons.
