Cobb is surprisingly smart to take less money to stay in GB. He'll contimue to put up numbers and set himself up for another payday in 4 years. Now Jeremy Maclin is going to get a huge deal.
I'm willing to bet he grossly underwhelms given that contract. He's obviously elite, but that's just an absurd amount to give to one player in the NFL. I don't think the Lions are upset at all losing Suh if that was what they had to pay.
I'm okay with the Colts using a bunch of cap space on nick fairley. He's good for an injury or two a yr and may come to camp out of shape.
He got 19/60 from Miami; Detroit offered 17/58. Meanwhile, Eagles dumped McCoy and looks like they'll sign Frank Gore.
It will be interesting where Vince Wilfork will end up.rumors has Torrey Smith to the Niners. Chargers resigned Brandon Flowers , good move.

Why is Willis retiring? Suh + Wake = fun. I think you can win with Tannehill if you have a top tier defense.
Talk about a changing of the guard for SF. Lost Gore, now losing Willis and Smith. I wonder if Willis had done enough to earn a HOF spot.
That's crazy that he is retiring. The dude is only 30 and is coming off a toe injury not some horrible microfracture injury. (I know all injuries suck). Willis has to be my favourite 49ers player in the past decade. I despise that team (because of my STL Rams love) but Willis was one player I respected. (I used to respect Gore since we share the same first name...until I found out he was trying to get with the same chick I was kinda hanging with...but that's a story for another day. Gore can go suck it). Anyway IDGAF about the niners but I hate hearing that Willis is gonna retire. Would have loved to watch him ball for a few more years.
