We would have to virtually win every remaining game to hit sixty. More like mid fifties. I just want them to finish strong, not limp into the playoffs like last year. Portland ended the season on a hot streak and it showed when they eliminated us.
1. Warriors 64-18 2. Grizzlies 56-26 3. Rockets 55-27 4. Clippers 54-28 5. Blazers 54-28 6. Spurs 52-30 7. Mavericks 52-31 8. Thunder 48-34
That looks about right. I truly believe that OKC will knock off the Warriors in the first round. What irony. And we better have Howard against the Spurs. You talk about get out coached. Pop will tie McHale into a pretzel.
That is exactly what I want to see. I hate all the hype the Warriors have and the Thunder is the perfect team to knock them out of the playoffs. Plus the Thunder are better and complete on every position. They just need to be healthy.
Can we just take a moment and appreciate that we're discussing whether or not our Houston Rockets, who were predicted by many to completely collapse and miss the playoffs altogether, will post one of, if not THE, best records in franchise history? I. Love. This. Team!
19 games left and we are going to lose 4 to 5 game tops. My 58 win prediction is sittin' awfully comfortable right now... I would LOVE a 4-1 beat down on the Mavericks to cleanse our 1st round demons! That would be very satisfying.
If we beat the blazers and clips, the OP might be onto something. We have a soft schedule towards the end. Those back to back games against the Spurs might give us trouble but I like the other games. 59 to 60 wins is really not out of the question.
