Is he eligible for the playoffs? What's the point of this signing? They have Paul starting, and Crawford coming off the bench providing a big spark.
I still can't see how we didn't make any effort to bring him in.... we have PBev, Prig and JT as our pg rotation for God's sake! The main thing everyone says we need is someone who can score off the bench.... We didn't acquire IT - despite the fact he could have been had for chump change... we make no attempt at Nate.... guess we'll just keep running PBev, JT and Prig... and wait for the next PBev injury... great... smh...
Free agents only have to be signed for one game before playoffs, as long as they weren't on another roster after March 1. Nate's been a FA since January
Maybe the Rox like Prig over Nate Rob since he is a better playmaker and defender. In terms of scoring off the bench we already have JSmith, Brewer and either DMO or TJones when Dwight comes back. If you have those guys on the bench you need a playmaker rather than an ISO-guy like Nate Robinson. If Pbev gets injured then you start JTerry, not sure why you think Nate Rob would be an upgrade over Jet if the starting sg is Harden.
