if Dallas can win, we jump back to third tonight and get to win tomorrow to stay there

 

Harden is such an assist machine for a shooting guard, he has averaged 8.6 assists per game in his past 10. he has his average up to 7apg, if i'm not mistaken, Michael Jordan was the last shooting guard to average 7apg in a season

 

hope KJ gets some play time.

 

I want nothing more than to see Smoove go off tomorrow (and a win of course). Hope he doesn't force his shot. Just get into rhythm.

 

I don't remember when was the last time we won comfortably. Please do it now otherwise the "ref decision issue' will come to play again. Come on Rockets, they are not that good...!

They killed us in the paint last time, if I remember correctly. Hopefully the refs don't go out of there way to f--k us over again.

 

Harden needs to get his scoring title back and go off tonight cause our front line is going to get killed by Monroe/Drummond.

 

We should have signed Gasol this summer; we would have been contender for sure.

We did not get screwed in Atlanta, come on guys. Cavaliers and Grizzlies, hell yes, but not in Atl. That being said, we just need to win this **** or else it's going to end badly! I do not want the freaking Clippers in the first round.

 

Toronto was the last time the Rockets won comfortably. Harden didn't even see time in the 4th quarter that night.

They had sizable 4th quarter leads against Minnesota, LA, and Atlanta, but they gave those up(along with the game in the case of the Hawks). It would be nice to get back to winning decisively against inferior opponents. Especially at home.

 

Rockets better blow them out

I remember last game how cocky and how much they celebrated after beating us. Probably the highlight of their chitty season

 

Pau wasn't interested in the Rockets.

 

We also need to blow them out so we don't go into Denver tomorrow night with an empty tank.

I'm so deflated from the last 2 games that I don't even know what to think about this one. I guess anything can happen these days if the NBA doesn't police its own product carefully. We should be a half game behind MEM, and this is BS.

seriously? We completely got screwed in ATL, the Hawks didn't just outscore us by a quarter's-worth of points because both teams suddenly changed their gaming philosophies.

ATL did turn their defense up, but that being said there were some awful calls and MANY non-calls, especially ones that would've favored HOU (like the last 1-2min of MEM game). Once it got down to 4 or so, yeh Houston just started jacking 3s because it got too tense, they couldnt hit anything, ATL couldnt miss, and anytime the Rockets played inside the Hawks got to do anything while refs swallowed their whistles.

Then on the other end? foul. foul. foul. whistle. whistle. whistle.

Rockets got 9 freakin' attempts man, and they were MOVING the ball the whole game until about 6-7min left, with a lot of inside play and not as many ridiculous 3s until we started jacking in the 4th.

I'm still angrier about that game than any other outside of the first Chicago game, and we weren't even supposed to win without Harden.

 

you mean tell DMO to not rebound, not be more aggresive in the paint, tell 3 point shooters if they are open purposely miss the 3...
