True... But more better picks is probably better.

Anyway. That's why I had the question marks. Not really advocating tanking. Just tired of the crappy QB situation.

Sucks at drafting players after the first round.

Well then I guess we can ignore his intelligence, his mobility, his accuracy, his great decision making, and the fact that he has one of the worst receiving groups in the league. Oh and we'll ignore the fact that he plays big in big situations and in the clutch. He's arguably the second best QB in the NFC. I'm just baffled that you would say the Seahawks have no QB, when it's very obvious that they have a pretty darn good one back there. And no, you wouldn't be doomed if you formed a pass based offense with him at QB.

He's really smart about handing the ball off instead of trying to pass it most of the time, I pointed out that he was a pretty good RB so that covers mobility, he's one of the 20 most accurate QB's so I guess that's an accomplishment. He's a super solid game manager.....but again, if you try to run a passing based offense with him, you're screwed.

Vince Wilfork should be high on our shopping list.

    Romeo drafted him.

Agreed. If we are able to use the money saved from cutting Meyers on Wilfork, I would be extremely happy. Maybe that's too much for Wilfork, don't know.

Might be the perfect mentor for Nix III. I'm sure he'd help him along on "becoming a pro." Wonder if it'd be weird to have Wilfork here with that Ted Johnson guy on the Texans' flagship station, 610

It seems unlikely he'll leave the Patriots unless he's given an offer he simply can't refuse. He was scheduled to make $7MM this year; my guess is that $8MM is the starting price to try and lure him away.

He issued a goodbye statement this morning. The Patriots are apparently moving on from him.

No to Wilfork. We don't need washed up 33 year old players when we are rebuilding. Follow the Seattle model where we have a core capable of sustained winning.

Agreed, Wilfork is the type of player you sign as a final piece to a Superbowl run.

    Not sure if serious.

Wilfork is a good, if not sometimes great, player at a position of serious need for us.

NTs and DTs can be effective into their late 30s.

Very down with Hartline. Solid budget conscious addition.

    He's white so I'm assuming he's a slot receiver?

Would be nice to have a legit slot receiver, though Hartline has really only had two impressive years.
