Maybe Dream and McHale can talk some sense into him. As a big man he should really want to work with those two. However, his not gonna play so all it's nought...

While everyone's attention is on the great MCGEE, why won't we take a look at blatche?

For a playoff run, I'd much rather have Blatche. But he has been major trouble on ever NBA roster he's been on.

I've been thinking this for a while, worst case he's a much bigger dorsey(7'2 wingspan)much higher IQ than mghee and his 7'4 wingspan. I think if we get mghee hes a one and done guy for us. If we pick up blatche I see him fitting in longer term for us. Can you elaborate on his troubles on other teams? I never really followed the guy untill he beasted in the olympics then signed over seas.

Don't want to go into detail. Just generally a locker room problem. Jackass. A fighter/bully with teammates. Drugs. Woman abuser. Hangs with wrong crowd. Very low/poor character. Won't say more than that.

Wow... sounds kinda bad, maybe birdbrain mcghee is a better option. I had no clue he had drug and abusing women problems. Just figured he thought he was better than he is, and potentially a locker room problem...which mghee potentially is too. I guess both have their flaws I still think we need one of them. When or if howard is back there is no guarantee he's 100% and god forbid he gets hurt again. Blatche is fairly young still, maybe hes grown out of those thuggish ways. I'm confident the rockets would check into him thoroughly before determining that.

The abuser of women part is very mis-leading in the paid athlete world. He could be getting what he wants from women without being ripped off.. Hence slap a gold digging b**** before she rips him off.... Either way he lacks intelligence, heart and girth for the NBA game. Any veteran 6'10 + big would surely be a better option.

based on his tenure with the Philippine National team, he fits on the dribble drive offense..he also love iso plays and pull up three..but he hustles and earned resect from the Filipinos

No, need to waive Dorsey and see what McGee can do for the team in the last games of the season and playoffs.

Basketballwise Blatche is the much better option over Javale. Javale is just your basic tard. He's not a bad guy, not a mean guy.

Personally, for a playoff run...I'd rather take a flyer on Blatche for the balance of the season. It's only 3 months. Getting involved with Blatche long-term is the problem. Wouldn't want him on a deal for longer than one guaranteed season.

Don't think he would have behavior problems. All the guys that do are usually on terrible teams and have big roles. When they come to a winning team that doesn't even need them, these type of guys always calm down and are on their best behavior.

When healthy, 5 man rotation of Howard, Jones, DMo, Smith and McGee... Not sure how you'd find minutes for them all. I guess if Howard is not returning McGee is a must, but otherwise just grind it out with what we have till Dwight returns.
Also, Dorsey was starting to play really well (6 points in a row to start the game) and then he dropped out of the rotation.

McGee or not. We need to make a move. Our backup center position is the weakest in the league. We basically have nothing behind Dwight. A move needs to be made NOW. The frontlines in the west are huge. We stand no chance. Morey needs to step up
